Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
- Before Viewing the Activation Key: If you have not yet displayed the activation key for the product.
- Key Activation Issues or Wrong Product Key: If you encounter an issue activating the key or receive an incorrect product activation key.
Important: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. After this period, we are unable to process refunds.

Refunds After Key Display
Once the activation key has been displayed, we cannot accept refund requests unless:
- The product key is non-functional.
- The wrong product key was provided.
Please note that as a reseller, SoftCDKeys.com is not the developer or publisher of the keys. We cannot revoke, block, deactivate, or modify any product key once it has been issued.
Activation Issues
If you experience any issues activating your product, please reach out to our Customer Support Service. We are here to help and will do our best to resolve the issue, whether through replacement or a refund, as long as the request is made within 30 days of purchase. For more details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
Refunds will be processed using your original payment method, and it may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Refunds from Developers or Publishers
Please note that refunds from developers or publishers are not available for products purchased through SoftCDKeys.com. All refund requests must be made directly through our platform.
Non-Received Orders
If you have been charged but have not received your order, please follow these steps:
- Check your payment statement to ensure the payment is complete.
- Verify that the email containing your product key has not been filtered into your spam or promotions folder.
If the issue persists, contact our Customer Support Service. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the activation key has not been displayed, you may request an order cancellation.
Change of Mind
We do not accept refund requests if you change your mind after using the product key. Refunds are only available if:
- The activation key has not been displayed.
- You experience issues with key activation or receive the wrong key.
Remember, refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order as long as the activation key has not been displayed or received via email. Once the key has been accessed, cancellations are no longer possible.
