• “Cdkey” “Code” “Key” means a license number or serial number used to activate a specific program, software, or app.
• “Content” mean a list of various digital content, Downloadable software titles and other services. 
• “Softcdkeys.com” “Softcdkeys”“Eurl Nitrosoft LLC” “we” “us” mean a private corporation, based in the United Kingdom and operating under United Kingdom law, that is the operator and owner of the brand “softcdkeys.com”, with the registered office at: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. United Kingdom.
• “Content” means any content, generate, process, received, sent, or displayed on the website store.
• “Shop” “Store” “Website” mean the platform of softcdkeys.com.
• “Programm” “Software” “App” mean all our digital software and services. 
• “Third party” means all other content that belongs to another party, non softcdkeys.com content.
• “User” “You” “Your” means a person, company, or partner that has a relationship with our website (e.g., a buyer, visitor, or account holder).

All our products are officially issued by developers or publishers, enabling you to access, download, and use the content they provide. We do not develop this content ourselves and are not responsible for its creation.

2.2 Softcdkeys offers only official products. We are authorized by numerous partners, developers, and publishers to sell their products on our platform.

3. Our Groups

3.1 We have a privet limited company, Eurl Nitrosoft, an Algerian company, with the registration number 26/00-0343857 B 20, DGI number 002026519002544, and registration office at Cité Moudjahid Nirziou Ahmed 317lot, Boughazoul, 26023, Medea, Algeria (DZ), provide our platform with many services; process, customer support, services, tickets, technical support, refund request and checking redeeming … etc.

4.1 You can reach us through your Softcdkeys account by opening a new support ticket, visiting our Contact Us page at www.softcdkeys.com/contact-us/, or emailing us directly at support(AT)softcdkeys.com. Our team will handle your inquiry on behalf of Softcdkeys (as referenced in Section 3.1).

4.2 We may contact you directly within your account or send a notification to your registered email.

4.3 We will use the email address provided in your Softcdkeys account for all communications with you.

5. About user

5.1 By using this platform, you agree and understand that Softcdkeys.com sells official products provided by authorized sources (our partners: developers and publishers) to allow customers to benefit from secure transactions, prompt delivery, competitive prices, and comprehensive service and support.

5.2 You acknowledge and accept that products from developers/publishers may come with specific terms and conditions applicable only between you and the developer. Softcdkeys is not a party to such terms and holds no responsibility for any agreements established directly between you and the product developer.

5.3 You acknowledge that Softcdkeys is not involved in the development of any programs or services owned by third-party brands.

5.4 To purchase product keys from Softcdkeys, you must provide a valid email address. To create an account, you must have a valid payment method with the authority to use it, and a compatible device (e.g., desktop, mobile, etc.) capable of accessing and completing transactions. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information.

6. Data and devices

6.1 You acknowledge that you checked your device specs (hardware and software) and it is capable of accessing and running the product (please check the specs notice for the product before you make any purchase).

6.2 You are the only one responsible for other parties services, such as program size, internet fees, hardware, and software you use. Make sure you check every detail before you purchase.

7. Privacy and personal data

7.1 You agree to let us deal with any data and personal information you provide us according to our privacy policy. We advise you to check our privacy policy at www.softcdkeys.com/privacy-policy/, which will explain to you how and what data we collect, process, and use.

7.2 You agree to all our privacy policy and you acknowledge that you have checked the policy notice.

8. Our agreement

8.1 Buying product keys through our website store, Enters you into a direct contract with us, to give you the access to get, own, and download content from developers/publishers platforms. You agree to be under the following terms:

• 8.1.1 Our terms of use
• 8.1.2 Our terms of sale
• 8.1.3 Our partner program for business partners (user, company, organization)
• 8.1.4 All terms we add, edit, or change in the agreement. We will notify you about it, 30 days before the update, as we explained on the privacy policy about any changes we apply to our terms and Conditions, you can end your contract and agreement with us in case you don’t agree with our agreements.

8.2 We sell products key to let you access to specific content, but we are not responsible about the content development, we highly require you to check the developers platform and read the terms and agreement of the content. you are obligated to have a contract with developer in case you are using their content.

9.Our business

9.1 We sell product Codes/keys only, to give you the ability to access to the content and download it from the developer platforms, We display contact details on our website including the title of content, version and edition, developer/publisher platform and links, images and videos of the content, all for illustrative purposes only, It does not require any connection to ownership or/and intellectual property.

9.2 We do not have any responsibilities about the content updates and upgrades after buying from us, the product keys you get from us give only the access to the content (section 8.2), may the developer apply extra fees to provide upgrades.

9.3 purchasing from our website store, give you the access to benefit from our support service (section 4.1), including (section 6.2 and 8.2)

10. Your orders

10.1 You are be able to order product keys from our website as a registered customer (You own an account on softcdkeys), or as a guest, by choosing any software title from the store ( software version, edition, duration, device number capacity, system and more), clicking “add to card” or “buy now” button, then checking out and adding your details and valid payment method, accepting our terms and conditions, privacy policy and other terms to complete the order. We may reject your order, section 10.2 for more detail about the order rejection.

10.2 We accept your order by sending you a confirmation email. At this stage, our agreement becomes valid between you and us ,and has already been accepted by you at the ordering page.

10.2 Keep in mind that we have the right to reject your order for some reasons, follow the next details about rejection:

• 10.2.1 The content is not available 
• 10.2.2 The content is out of stock
• 10.2.3 We don’t authorized you payment
• 10.2.4 You are not allowed to make orders from our store
• 10.2.5 We are not allowed to sell products to you

10.4 Receiving your orders: you will get a confirmation email include your product key, if you are a register customer you can access to your account in our website and check the product key in you orders.

10.5 Unusual actions. we may cancel, refuse or froze your order or/and account during some unusual activities, If you faced this issue and you think there is some mis-understanding, Please contact our customer support (section 4.1)

11. Your product

11.1 You will access your key (s) after a successful checkout, receiving a confirmation email means you are be able to view/use the product key to access to the content.

11.2 Accessing to the content it may require you to visit the developer platform to active, download, update or upgrade key for subscription.

11.3 We are not responsible about any issues out of our control (e.g, content access, content download)

11.4 Account frozen, banned, closed from the developer side on their platform, we are not responsible for any of this, we will not accept a request for refund or change the code, all developer actions to your content access are out of our control (e.g your account banned for some abuse reasons), and we are out of your contract between you and the devloper (section 8.1).

12. Payment

12.1 The price of the product key you will pay, apparel in the content page, when submitting the order. In general , the price currency will be default to your region and location currency, you can change it manually in the website by choosing you prefer currency.

12.2 If you belong to specific regions that apply the VAT, we my include it to the final price of the product key, during the checkout process.

12.3 sometimes, we publish the wrong product price or information, we will notice you by email address (to correct the price or/and information)

12.4 For payment, we accept major of payment methods (Credit/debit card, PayPal, Amazon pay, Google pay, Apple Pay and more), except cash. We may remove accepting some payment methods temporary or completely, depending on our own decision.

12.5 To complete the payment, you must provide the necessary information, and accept the payment provider terms and conditions that you have chosen to process the payment.

13. Your rights to terminate the contract

13.1 You have the right to end your contract with us and you are entitled to compensation for the following reasons:

• 13.1.1 You received from us an update about these terms and conditions, and you have a reason not to accept it.
• 13.1.2 We made a mistake with the price, description, or any other related content of the product, and you want to cancel the process of ordering.
• 13.1.3 We will remove or suspend a product for a reason in the next 24 hours.
• 13.1.4 You have the right to end the agreement because we did something wrong.

13.2 You can cancel your order for a reason (not viewed, not displayed the product code) during the 30 day after receiving the confirmation email

13.3 If you validate successfully your product key(s), you will not be able to have any right to end this contract.

14. Use of content

14.1 Buying a product key(s) from our website under our terms and conditions does not mean you own the content; instead, you will have a product key(s) that allow you to access the developer’s content according to the developer’s end-user agreement and contract.

14.2 You don’t have any right to obtain ownership of the content. All rights are reserved for the responsible authorities (developers).

14.3 The use of the content will obligate you to enter into a contract and agreement between you and the developer (section 8.2), known as the End User Agreement.

14.4 You have the right to use your product key(s) at any time or any place you want if you agree with our terms and conditions, local laws, and the developer end-user agreement. The content will not be exclusive to you; the developer has the right to supply the same content to other users. You may use the content on a limited number of devices as permitted by the license.

14.5 You are not allowed to resell, supply, or distribute any of the content you purchase from our website on third party marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon, Walmart … etc.).

14.6 The content development is reserved for the responsible authorities; you have no right to:

• 14.6.1 Copy, edit and rebrand the content.
• 14.6.2 Adding customization to the content.
• 14.6.3 Change, remove the owner’s marking, brand, or trademark.

15. Our rights to terminate the contract

15.1 We can end our contract with you if:

• 15.1.1 You breach any of our terms and Conditions.
• 15.1.2 Your payment fails or cancelled after receiving the confirmation email of the order.
• 15.1.3 We detect unusual actions, please check (section 10.5).

15.2 After the termination of the contract:

• 15.2.1 You will not be able to access your account.
• 15.2.2 You can’t order, comment, or add any content to the website.
• 15.2.3 You have no right to request a refund.

16. About product key

16.1 You have the right to get the full content as descriptive, and we will make sure you get the required quality, You may receive new updates from the developer, to optimize/upgrade the content; may include bugs and errors. Please check sections 9.1, 9.2, and 8.2.

16.2 Invalid Product Key: You should check your product key(s) as soon as possible to ensure if it works or not. Please contact us (section 4.1) if you face this kind of error.

16.3 You agree to help us discover the main reason for invalid product keys to ensure that the errors you received are not caused by your device (e.g., hardware, software, or the Internet connection that was used to access the product key content).

17. Terms and conditions update 

17.1 We may update these terms. Please check our Terms and Conditions each time you place an order on our website to ensure you agree with any changes or updates.

17.2 This version of the Terms and Conditions was updated on May 22, 2023. You can obtain the previous version by contacting us, as mentioned in Section 4 above.
